These Terms apply to taxi services offered by Rhythm Taxi Service Indore via rhythmtaxiservices.com and direct contact channels.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made by phone or via the enquiry form; confirmation is shared through call or message.
• Provide accurate pickup location, destination, date/time, and passenger details.

Pricing & Payments

• Indicative fares are shared during confirmation; tolls, parking, and state entry charges, if applicable, are extra.
• Payments may be collected in cash or via agreed digital methods at trip completion unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations

• Cancellations should be communicated at the earliest; reasonable waiting charges may apply after driver dispatch.

Conduct & Safety

• Seat belts are recommended at all times; carrying of prohibited items is not allowed.
• Driver may refuse service for unsafe or unlawful requests.

Delays & Liability

• Punctuality is aimed for, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• Indirect or consequential losses are not covered; liability is limited to service value for the specific trip.

1. Duty is for 11 hours a day; after that, it’s ₹350 per extra hour.
2. Duty time starts once the cab reaches the pickup point.
3. AC stays off when the car is parked; if kept on, it’s ₹500 per hour.
4. Spills or vomiting that need cleaning will be charged ₹200.
5. Driver allowance is billed separately.
6. Fare is based on the plan shared at the start; adding extra stops or time will increase the fare.
7. Booking amount isn’t refundable if the trip is canceled.
8. No alcohol or smoking allowed inside the cab.
